Privacy

The claims review form asks for your name, work email, practice or company name, specialty, and an optional phone number, plus consent to be contacted. If you arrive from the claims estimate, your four answers (specialty, state, monthly volume, typical payment share) are sent with it. The estimate itself runs in your browser and is not stored. Do not include patient names, member IDs, clinical notes, or any other patient information.

Submitting the form sends those details to assistant@withhandled.com. Questions about privacy can also go to privacy@withhandled.com.

Claim-level data is collected later, only through a secure channel and after a privacy agreement. Handled Partners does not ask for protected health information to start a claims review.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free visit counts. We also use Leadsy, a visitor identification service, which may use cookies and your IP address to identify the business you visit from and, where it can, your work contact details, so we can follow up with groups that may be a fit. It runs only on this marketing site, never on claim data.
